Bamal Projects Pty Ltd is proudly 100% Indigenous owned and operated company, certified with both Supply Nation and NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce. All expenditure goes toward mandatory IPP and stimulates the Indigenous business sector.
The primary business motivation is to make a positive difference to the lives and communities of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia sustainably and over the long term. To do so, Bamal provides various services across the construction sector with the experience and expertise to deliver ethically, transparently, competitively and with excellence.
Bamal is operated with civil engineering qualification and experience that has directly and successfully delivered over $200 million worth of projects in the Civil and Infrastructure space over 20 years for various clients, such as Roads And Maritime NSW, Landcom, Health Infrastructure NSW, Schools Infrastructure NSW, FACS NSW, Tier 1 and 2 Builders and Civil Contractors, Private Local and Multinational Developers and multiple local council significant works projects, among many others.

Bamal-Westbourne College RTO Partnership
The Bamal Projects-Westbourne College RTO partnership represents a pioneering initiative aimed at fostering educational and employment opportunities for Aboriginal students. Through this collaboration, Bamal Projects funds the Certificate IV and Diploma of Project Management courses for Indigenous students, equipping them with valuable skills that significantly enhance their employment prospects across various sectors. This initiative not only facilitates direct pathways to meaningful careers for Indigenous people but also reinvests profits back into supporting further Indigenous employment opportunities. By removing financial barriers to specialised education, the partnership exemplifies a commitment to empowering Indigenous communities and advancing social and economic equity.
Bamal-Pro Drive Partnership
Pro Drive is an Indigenous-owned and operated driving school business that Bamal has partnered with. The partnership provides subsidised driving lessons for Indigenous youth to enable the achievement of Drivers Licences. This leads to gainful employment opportunities and social benefit.
Significantly, this initiative aims to reduce the incarceration rate of Indigenous people for driving offences, which currently sit at 35%, well out of proportion to the national statistic of 1% incarceration for driving violations.
Bamal-Clontarf Academy Partnership
Clontarf Academy is an organisation that provide fitness and mentorship programs for their students – providing social, health and educational benefits to Indigenous youth. Bamal has partnered with them to enable their highly successful programs to be offered for free.
